Israel Castro Franco(born in Brazil) is a Brazilian-Salvadoran footballer who last played for C.D. Chalatenango. He Became a Salvadoran Citizen in 1996. He participated in 1998 world cup campaign under the former, popular Serbian coach Milovan Djoric.
