Israeli settler, resident of Gush Katif with M-16 A1 assult rifle.

He is probably either a member of self-defence squads (a voluntary group of citizens which work co-operately with the Israeli Defence Force in order to stop terrorist attack on their settlements) or a student in the service-preprator military school (מכינה קדם צבאית) of Atzmona (a service-preprator military school is an eductional institution which accepts young men in ages 18+ and train them to be military commanders in combat units).
