[edit] Date of the family chapel of the Borromeo
The Italian and German Wikipedias give 1858. this page gives 1758 and has it constructed on behalf of Vitaliano IX Borromeo and dedicated to San Carlo. It strikes me as plausible, but needs checking. (If Sardimpex confirms Vitaliano IX as eighteenth-century, that would convince me enough for now.) But for now I should really eat; and for next or so I should finish the translation from the Italian. —Ian Spackman 17:35, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
