Isopyrum is a genus of flowering plants of the family Ranunculaceae native to Eurasia. It is sometimes treated as part of the North American genus Enemion.
Species include:
- Isopyrum occidentale (syn. Enemion occidentale)

- Isopyrum thalictroides
