Ison & Fille

Ison & Fille is a Swedish Rap duo from Skärholmen, a Swedish suburb.

The Group consist of Ison Glasgow and Felipe "Fille" Leiva Wenger, hence the name.

Ison and Fille came both to Sweden in 1985, Ison from USA and Fille from Chile. They first met in 1995 when they played basketball in JKS Bredäng. They were both listening to hip-hop and they soon started to rap and recording demos together in a studio in Skärholmen. The duo met with The Latin Kings and collaborated on the Swedish rap collection "Den svenska underjorden" which was released 2000 on the Redline Records. After their presence on the album, Ison & Fille went from nobody to "the new Swedish hiphop-generation". By releasing MP3:s, mixtapes and continuing rapping on smaller stages, they spread their music and became a name.

The group got its fame after the release of their debute first album "Vår sida av stan", the group had before just been known locally in the Bredäng and Vårberg.
