Isola d'Asti is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 45 km southeast of Turin and about 8 km south of Asti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,078 and an area of 13.6 km².[1]
The municipality of Isola d'Asti contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Chiappa, Mongovone. Piano, Repergo, and Villa.
