Example graphs of temperature, density, and pressure as a function of altitude a isothermal-barotropic atmosphere model. The temperature function is a constant and equal to 273 K. Combined with g=9.8 m/s^2, and M=29 g/mol, this gives a scale height of H = RT/Mg = (8.315*273)/(29*9.8) = 7.99 km. These graphs were created using MATLAB.
