ISO/TR 11941

ISO/TR 11941:1996 is a Korean language romanization system used in ISO. It is not commonly used, however it is only used in Unicode character names.

It is very similar with Yale Romanization.

You can see usages in Unicode character names. For example, the character "ᄎ (U+110E)" is "HANGUL CHOSEONG CHIEUCH." In this situation, ㅊ is romanized as "ch." But, however, the character "차 (U+CC28)" is "HANGUL SYLLABLE CA"; ㅊ is romanized as "c."
