Ismael 'East' Carlo (born 29 January 1942) is a Puerto Rican actor, sometimes credited as (East Carlo / Ismael East Carlo / Ismael Carlo / Ismael De Carlo).
Carlo was born in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and Raised in Spanish Harlem, Ny.
He started appearing in a couple of TV shows back in the seventies, like his role in the "Caribe" TV-Series (1975) in the lady killer episode, he played lately the role of Don Diego in the comedy movie Bandidas, 2006 He also appeared briefly in the series Prison Break, on episode 15 of the second season.
He has been married three times. His first wife was Nilsa M. Ventura, raised and still very close to Stepdaughter pro photographer Cynthia N. Colon.
He has two sons from previous relationships Ismael M.Carlo, Jr., and Eric Carlo.
His second wife is Millie with whom he has a daughter, Tatiana Carlo.
