[edit] Summary

This is a photograph of Ismail Abdul Rahman, taken in 1966 outside 10 Downing Street when he arrived for the Commonwealth Law Ministers Conference. It appeared in the New Straits Times on 3 January 2007; no attribution was provided, so it is presumed the copyright belongs to the New Straits Times. It is asserted that the usage of this image falls under fair use because it is of low resolution to prevent duplication for commercial gain; because it is meant solely for informative and educational purposes; and because it is impossible to locate a copylefted image of the subject, or to create a new copylefted image (Ismail is dead).
