What exactly is the subject of the dispute? I'm a bit surprised to see that the {{disputed}} tag was added by User:Kaihsu, who was the only person to have edited the article up to that point. --Saforrest 17:52, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

Maybe because he thinks its biased and doesn't talk about how the CPIA is a front for the government, an example of repression/control, etc. John Smith's 17:39, 20 September 2006 (UTC)

I've removed the Disputed tag. If it is truly disputed, someone should provide actual references to support the dispute (unlike throwing claims out as John Smith above does...) Beetle B. 22:35, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
