The Islamic University of Niger (officially the Oum Al-Qura University of Niger) is an Islamic university based in Say, Niger. It is sponsored by the Organisation of the Islamic Conference. It was propsed in Lahore, Pakistan in 1974. It was approved at the conference in Sanaa, Yemen in 1984. It was officially inaugurated in November 1986.
