Iskitim (Russian: Искитим) is a town in Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia. It is located at 54°37′60″N, 83°17′60″ECoordinates: 54°37′60″N, 83°17′60″E, on the Berd River. Population: 62,756 (2002 Census). A large proportion of local population consists of Romani people. This town is also a notorious centre of drug trafficking in Siberia.[1]
