Thanks for fixing the Norwegian Wood infobox
Hi there, thank you for fixing the Norwegian Wood infobox so that it shows the details on both US and UK editions. I tried to fix it myself, without any success. Again, thanks. --Tachikoma 15:40, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
- Unfortunately I lack the technical knowledge to fix templates. I know how to add items to existing parameters, but that's about it. Sometime in the future, I would like to learn more about changing and creating templates, but it's not a high priority. --Tachikoma 15:55, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for your advise
I think it's a good idea, I will try it. :)

Thanks for fixing Dixie Chicks
Thanks for reverting the vandalism on the Dixie Chicks page. It looks like you missed one, actually -- but someone else got it. What I usually do in vandalism cases is revert entirely to the previous good version. I don't remember where I read how to do it, but it goes like this:
- View page history.
- Click on the date of the last known good version. You'll see the page as it existed then, with a header showing that it's an older revision.
- Click "edit this page". You'll see a message saying "You are editing a prior version of this page." It's ok; that's what you want to do.
- Scroll down and hit "Save page". You just restored the page to exactly the way it was before the vandal struck.
It's so much easier that way, hope this helps. --Robertb-dc 15:46, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Your warning to 72.193.0.212 removed an old warning
Ishikawa Minoru: Thank you for all the work reverting vandalism. Keep it up! I did just want to let you know that when you warned 72.193.0.212 about vandalism with the {{bv}} template, you removed an earlier level 1 warning by Budgiekiller. I'm sure this wasn't your intention, but I'd just like to ask that you be careful to not remove old warnings when posting new ones, because admins need to see a complete vandalism history to block a bad IP. I have restored the old warning you removed, and warned this user for more vandalism. This is just an FYI, in case you weren't aware. Keep up the good work! Mitsui Aika
Hey, about me adding "Mitsi" as Mitsui Aika's nickname. I only put that there because I saw that someone put that on the Morning Musume article. If you think it is incorrect or know of another one of her nicknames, feel free to add to it or change it. I haven't watched Hello! Morning in a while so I wouldn't know. --Chuck チャック 22:56, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
Re: Yoake Mae Yori Ruri Iro Na
I believe I was the one that stated them as 'aliens' since they were not native to the Earth, so then they would be considered aliens to the Earthlings. But yes, I see your point in the confusion. We could call them the "Lunar people" or something to that effect...--(十八|talk) 00:56, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
Orphaned fair use image (Image:51627bl0tx.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:51627bl0tx.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. —Angr 20:30, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
Image:Ai-chun2006.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Ai-chun2006.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Angr 16:44, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
