Ishtar Airlines

Ishtar Airlines is an airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, although it is a private Iraqi airline operating scheduled passenger services. Its main bases are Baghdad International Airport and Dubai International Airport.^[1]

The airline was established in March 2005 by a group of former Iraqi Airways pilots.^[1]

Ishtar Airlines operates scheduled passenger services to the following destinations (at March 2007):

• Arbil
• Baghdad
• Dubai

It has plans to expand its operations to other destinations in Europe and the Middle East.
