Ishmael Jubouri is the current leader of the Islamic Army in Iraq, one of the dominant insurgence groups operating out of Iraq. He is also a member of a prominent Sunni tribe located south of Baghdad. Jubouri's main goal is to force foreign troops out of Iraq often using violent means to do so. He was quoted as saying "The members of the army believe in the language of weapons,".[1]
