Isha (born Jennifer Lee Duprei) is an Australian spiritual teacher and writer. She has a growing following in Latin America.[1]

Isha states that following a series of setbacks and personal losses when she was 28, she began a process of inner exploration, leading eventually to developing her own system for the expansion of consciousness, known as the Isha System. [2]
The Isha System is designed to bring about self-healing, developing an inner experience of peace and wellbeing. [3]
The international headquarters of the Isha System are located in Costa Azul, Uruguay.[4]

Through her international foundation, Isha has given lectures in penitentiaries, hospitals, children's homes, and drug rehabilitation centers.[2]
