Ischnocnema quixensis is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
