[edit] What's in a name?
So, I want to know how it is that a Catholic Saint has such an obviously Jewish name? -ErinHowarth 04:29, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
- Lots of Christians have been baptized with the name Isaac. The names of Old Testament saints are very popular as religious names among Eastern Orthodox monks. See, for example, Saint Isaac the Syrian. MishaPan (talk) 17:50, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
