A.S. Isaia Desfina (Greek: Α.Σ. Ησαΐας Δεσφίνας, first part meaning Isaiah, Romanization: A.S. Isaia Desfina) is an athletic club based in the town of Desfina in the Fokida prefecture in Greece. The club was founded in 1973 and plays in the same field with Doxa. Its logo and jerseys during home games uses a blue shirt and yellow shorts and socks, its visitor games are a yellow shirt with blue shorts and socks. It won two titles with the Fokida-Fthiotida Football Guild Union in which are now broken up and won two titles. One won in 1976 and entered from the third to the second division and another was in 1978 where it took the ticket from the second to the premier division.

From the break up in 1985, it entered the current Fokida Football Guild Union. In 1986, they were cup winners of Phocis and championships, their first after the break-up. It lost an entry to the national fourth division. one entry that won its 1991 finals and their only title. For one year, the manager spend several cash in which it brought non-Greek players. A year later, it entered the national fourth division and entered the cup finals unsuccessfully in which that time entered for the second time in the history of the cup.

From that time, the team is currently in the first prefectural category with several rivals including Asteras Itea and Fokikos Amfissa.
