Isaac Sowells (born May 4, 1982) is an American football offensive guard, who currently plays for the National Football League's Cleveland Browns. He was drafted in round four, pick 112 of the 2006 NFL Draft. Sowells played college football for Indiana University. Sowells is a native of Louisville, Kentucky where he played high school football.

Sowells was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round (112th overall) in the 2006 NFL Draft. He made his NFL debut at the Houston Texans on December 31.

Sowells resides in Berea, Ohio during the football season and Louisville, Kentucky during the off season. In January 2007 Sowells' girlfriend Latrese Hobbs gave birth to his son, Isaac Jr.
