Is There Life After Boys? is the fifth novel in the successful young adult series "The Linda Series" (also known as "The Linda Stories") about Linda Berman. The novel is about Linda's experiences in the 7th grade.

You see, I started going to an all-girl school this year. Huntington is supposed to be for really brainy kids, but going there sure seemed like a dumb move at first. Back at P.S. 515 Sue-Ann was putting the moves on Jeff, my own true love, while I was stuck in this school full of girls! I thought I'd have to live without boys forever!
Then I started hanging out with Jan and her friends. And together we discovered something wonderful: older boys, like Gary...and Mark, who was even more of a hunk than Jeff. Suddenly Jeff didn't seem so important...if I could just make Mark fall for me!
