Iryna Yatchenko (born October 31, 1965 in Gomel) is a Belarusian discus thrower best known for two Olympic bronze medals at the 2000 Summer Olympics and 2004 Summer Olympics. She became world champion in 2003.

Her personal best is 69.14 metres, achieved in July 2004 in Minsk.

Yatchenko is married to Igor Astapkovich, a hammer thrower.
