Irwin Thomas (born 6 January 1971 in New York, U.S.) was formerly known as Jack Jones, and was the lead singer in the 1990s Australian band Southern Sons.
Jones was married to New Zealand-born Australian actress Rebecca Gibney from 1992 - 1995. The marriage ended in divorce.
Since reverting to his birthname, he has released music as a solo artist, first for BMG and currently as an independent artist. Since 2004 he has also been involved with a Melbourne band called Electric Mary, and he is also currently involved in a band called She Said Yes, led by Tania Doko, the former lead singer of Bachelor Girl. She Said Yes have recently completed an Australian tour with Darren Hayes.
