Iroquois Township is located in Iroquois County, Illinois. The population was 652 at the 2000 census. Iroquois Township formed from a portion of Middleport Township as Westfield Township in May, 1858. Westfield changed its name to Iroquois on an unknown date.

Iroquois Township covers an area of 36.69 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Crescent City. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Flesher, Kirby, Pierce and Wilson.
