IRIA and BRAGA sound allot like the EIRE and BREOGAN of the Irish Milesian legends.

From Spanish nobility: Camilo José Cela became marquess of Iria Flavia

What was his relation to the city? Why did the king gave him a title over a place which existed no more? --euyyn 09:35, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Well, he was born in Padrón. --euyyn 09:39, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Iria Flavia is well away from the sea, and its river is not big enough to be navigated. So why does the article say it was a port? And, as far as I have always read, the Celtiberians were located in Eastern Central Spain (what is today Soria, Saragossa, Teruel, etc.). --80.7.162.242 (talk) 23:37, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
