Irene Koch was an Austrian luger who competed in the early 1990s. A natural track luger, she won the two medals in the women's singles event at the FIL World Luge Natural Track Championships with a silver in 1990 and a bronze in 1992.
Koch also won three medals in the women's singles event at the FIL European Luge Natural Track Championships with a silver (1991) and two bronzes (1987, 1989).
