[edit] Save Mellman!

Any cellular/molecular biology PhD worth their salt knows who Ira Mellman is. He's got close to 100 authorships on PubMed, and his research has sparked widespread interest in cellular membrane trafficking and cargo sorting, processes affected in many human diseases. His work is not only significant, it's huge. In light of this, I move that we delete the box at the top of the article that suggests he doesn't merit an article of his own.
