The player plays as the Iraqi army that must oppose the United States Army as they fight maintain Saddam Hussein's regime. The introduction starts with the situation of the war and asks the player to guard Iraq because it is his holy duty. The player must fight off infantrymen, helicopters, and paratroopers. This game is considered a part of a trend where homebrew game developers make strategy and war games that allow players to play as nations outside Western civilization (Israel, United States, European Union, NATO, and so on).
Pictures of George W. Bush and former British prime minister Tony Blair are shown during the course of the game. Weapons that the player controls are a missile launcher and a rifle. The game was created in Tomsoft Studios by TommyXie Xi'an, who is a native of Hong Kong.
