Irakli Menagarishvili (Georgian: ირაკლი მენაღარიშვილი) (born May 18, 1951) is Georgian politician and diplomat.
Menagarishvili was born in Tbilisi, capital of Georgia (then the Georgian SSR, Soviet Union).
Menagarishvili graduated from Tbilisi State Medical Institute in 1974.
Positions held:
1980-1982 - Head of Tbilisi Public Health Care Department
1982-1986 - First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Georgia
1986-1991 - Minister of Public Health of the Republic of Georgia
1991-1992 - The Director of the Strategic Research Center
1992 - The Coordinator of the International Humanitarian Assistance at the State Council of the Republic of Georgia
1992-1993 - Minister of Public Health of the Republic of Georgia
1993-1995 - Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Georgia
1995 - 2003 - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia[1]
