Ira Clifton Copley (b. 25th October 1864 in Galesburg, Illinois, d. 1st November 1947 in Aurora, Illinois) was a United States statesman and newspaper publisher.

Born in Galesburg, Illinois, Ira Copley moved with his parents to Aurora, Illinois at the age of three. He attended Yale University and founded the Copley Press newspaper publisher in 1905. He was a nephew of Richard H. Whiting.

Copley was elected as a Republican to the Sixty-second and Sixty-third Congresses, as a Progressive to the Sixty-fourth Congress, and as a Republican to the Sixty-fifth through Sixty-seventh Congresses.
