• It is a small, web-resolution image that has been significantly reduced from its original size.
• It does not impair Nintendo's or iQue's ability to sell the product.
• Nintendo has not released any such images into the public domain.
• The image is necessary to depict the structural differences between the iQue Player and the Nintendo 64 console upon which it was based. The image facilitates this task which would normally be impossible otherwise.
