[edit] Game Modes
iQuiz can quiz you on:
[edit] Your iPod's music
This mode consists of five rounds with eight questions each. The questions in the first round are worth $10. The first 7 questions are about your songs. The artists, song names, album covers, etc. The last question is a stock question about music. It could be about composers, artists, or music theory.
[edit] Current Movies, Music, TV Shows
There are three other modes. One that asks you movie, one that asks music, and one that asks TV show related question. This is the same as your iPod's music mode, questions relating to the category you chose.
[edit] Bonus Rounds
After each round, there is a bonus round. You stop a spinner to pick the type of bonus round, and the time. The bonus rounds can either be a "Lightning Round" or a "Who/What/When" round. Each round can be 10 seconds to 55 seconds. You choose how much you want to wager per question, and start the round.
[edit] Lightning Round
In this round, you are shown a topic, such as "Songs made in the 2000s". Song names then will move across the screen, and you press the center button when you think that song fits the topic.
[edit] Who/What/When
In this round, the display shows two answers, for example, "1996" and "2003". The user is then given one song title, and chooses which of the two options fit the song title.
[edit] iQuiz Maker
Apple allows users to create their own question packs for this game, using iQuiz Maker. Users can customize many things, including the colors, images, messages, and game settings. This is the first iPod game that allows users to create content for it.
