IPWA Netanya Havoc is a professional wrestling Event Promoted by Israeli Pro Wrestling Association.Israeli Pro Wrestling Association is an independent wrestling promotion, currently operating out of Petach-Tikva, Israel. So far it is the only professional wrestling outfit in the country. IPWA was founded in late 2001 by Gery Roif.The event featured a tournament, with IPWA Heavyweight champion, Gery Roif, who put his title on the line against his first opponent in the first round. IPWA owner & match maker, Gery Roif announced that if he loses the belt, the new champion will have to defend the IPWA title against the next opponent in the next round.
