[edit] Argentine football
Hi,I have noticed that you have made a number of edits to Argentine football related articles, perhaps you would be interested in joining WikiProject Argentine football (WP:ArF). I have reverted a few of your edits and added the other uses template instead, I think it looks neater. Regards English peasant 14:16, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Chacarita Juniors
Hi, I would suggest asking the question again here, it may be more likely to be seen by other members of the project. I would say that the club should be described as being located in the place where their stadium is, perhaps with a sentence in the article to explain the anomaly over the registered address with AFA. You seem to know more about it than me, so do what you think best. As for the Godoy Cruz thing be bold and change it. Kind regards English peasant 01:55, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Dwight Pezzarossi
Hi, an IP editor keeps adding Dwight Pezzarossi to the list of Argentinos Juniors notable players. I don't think he has any place there since he only played 7 games for the club, what do you think? Should we remove it again? English peasant 10:26, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
- For players that simply played for a club their place is Cat:Argentinos Juniors footballers these can be found at the bottom of the players page or in Cat:Argentinos Juniors. The notable former players list is usually reserved for players that made over 100 appearances, won major titles with the club or went on to world wide fame: Diego Maradona, Juan Roman Riquelme, Fernando Redondo, Sergio Batista etc. Regards, English peasant 10:48, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Images
Uploading images is a bit tricky to begin with. You would normally use the Upload file link in the toolbox to upload a new image, make sure you use a fair use rationale if you do or it will quickly get deleted. To replace an existing image, click on the image, look for the Upload a new version of this image link and then follow the instructions. Make sure that you change the source in the fair use rationale though. See WP:NFURG for more info on Fair-use English peasant 11:03, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Flagicons
Hi, I noticed that you added flagicons to Armando Dely Valdes, the policy is to avoid doing this for 2 reasons, first it goes against WP:FLAGS and 2nd and more importantly it distorts the infobox in some browsers like Internet Explorer,so the clubs stop lining up with the years & goals see this picture for an example of the problem Image:Flag Infobox.jpg. Keep up the good work, and don't get disheartened by all of this policy stuff, you'll get the hang of it you clearly have the potential to be a great editor. All the best, English peasant 11:09, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Snowing in Montevideo
Yes, that would be fine. I just don't believe that completely rejecting the player's memory of the event completely would be appropriate. – PeeJay 13:01, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
