Ipswich Buses Ltd is a bus company that operates in Ipswich, Suffolk, UK. It has been operating bus services in the town for over 100 years. Following the deregulation of bus services under the 1985 Transport Act, it became an "arm's length" limited company, with a board of directors responsible for managing and directing its affairs. However, Ipswich Buses is still wholly owned by Ipswich Borough Council and is one of 14 remaining municipal bus companies in the UK. Its depot is situated in Constantine Road, near Ipswich Town's football ground. The company does not compete directly with First Eastern Counties, which has its bus depot situated on Star Lane.

Rural services, such as the 116, are subsidised/supported by Suffolk County Council. The three Park and Ride services in the town are also supported by SCC. Buses 55-57/84-88/170-173 (and also 53/187) wear a purple livery for this role. Buses 70-75 have route branding for route 13.

Only a selected number of bus services operate in the evenings and on Sundays. These consist of services 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 15. Every service except services 1, 6, 9 & 10 operate every 30 minutes, whereas these services operate every 60 minutes.
