The IPFW Mastodons Basketball team is the basketball team that represent Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The school's team currently competes in The Summit League. The team has never played in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament. The Mastodons are currently coached by Dane Fife.

The Mastodons' first season was 1973-1974. Twice All-American and conference player of the year Sean Gibson (1993) is current all-time leading scorer and rebounder and Hall of Fame member. Their first season in Division I was 2001-2002. In 2007, they began playing in The Summit League.
