Hi,

I am the programm's author and hope to give this article a chance to exist permanently. I didn't created the initial entry about IPBWI in english Wikipedia, so I didn't write any "advertisement"-sentences or something else. It's in my interest to make this article valid, so I enhanced it a bit with some facts. Maybe someone could check the new text-version for correct english spelling and for relevant facts. If someone has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
