What was the company that made Ipana?
After decades of popularity, Bristol-Meyers discontinued Ipana in 1968. Eventually, the brand name was purchased by Proctor & Gamble

Okay, Ipana either:
- Disappearred in 1968
- Declined in the early 1970s
- Was bought by Proctor and Gamble
- Was reintroduced in 2005 by River West Brands
- Is the leading toothpaste in Turkey
If usage declined in the 1970s, it must not have been taken off the market in 1968. If P&G bought it, what did they do with it? If it was off the market until 2005, I find it hard to believe it's the leading toothpaste in Turkey just two years later. How did River West Brands get the rights to it?
