[edit] Revert

I recently reverted a fairly large edit to the page - the editor had de-wikified several aspects of the page - including removing the bold face at the beginning of the article. The editor had also prematurely changed the template to represent the status of the legislature in the beginning of 2007 - it's still 2006, so we can't do that yet. Also, the editor had removed a significant amount of information from the article without giving an explanation for why the information was removed. --Tim4christ17 ^talk 07:35, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
