Iowa Highway 58 is a state highway that runs from north to south in northeast Iowa. A portion of the highway is concurrent with the Avenue of the Saints.

The southern terminus of Iowa Highway 58 is at U.S. Highway 63 in Hudson. Its northern terminus is in Cedar Falls at an intersection with U.S. Highway 218 and Iowa Highway 57.

Iowa Highway 58 begins at U.S. 63 in Hudson. It proceeds north along Hudson Road to U.S. 20 on the Hudson/Cedar Falls border. It turns east and overlaps with the U.S. 20 freeway for 1 mile, then turns north and begins a new overlap with Iowa Highway 27, which is the Avenue of the Saints. The highway proceeds north as an expressway and then as a freeway until it meets U.S. 218 and Iowa Highway 57 and ends.
