Iowa Highway 148 is a highway which runs in a north-south direction in southwestern Iowa. It has a length of 67 miles.

The southern terminus of Iowa Highway 148 is at the Missouri border southwest of Bedford and just northeast of Hopkins, Missouri. The highway continues south into Missouri as Missouri Route 148. The northern terminus of Iowa Highway 148 is at Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 6 north of Anita.

Iowa Highway 148 begins at the Missouri border southwest of Bedford. It goes northeasterly to Bedford, where it meets Iowa Highway 2. It then turns north, passes near Gravity and meets U.S. Highway 34 in Corning. It continues north from Corning and near Massena, meets Iowa Highway 92. From there, it continues north and meets Iowa Highway 83 in Anita. After three more miles, Iowa Highway 148 ends when it meets Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 6.
