Iowa Highway 110 has its southern terminus at U.S. Highway 20 south of Schaller and its northern terminus in Storm Lake at Iowa Highway 7.

Iowa Highway 110 begins at U.S. 20 south of Schaller. It then goes north into Schaller. It goes north, then east, then north again, passing along the western edge of Storm Lake. It then enters the city of Storm Lake and ends at Iowa Highway 7.

Iowa Highway 110 was designated November 7, 1934 on an old segment of Iowa Highway 4.[1]
