Ionut Costinel Mazilu (born February 9, 1982 in Bucharest) is a Romanian footballer, who plays as a striker for FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. He is known in Romania for his sharp finishing, pace and technique.

Mazilu started his career in Sportul Studenţesc in 1999. In the 2005-06 season, he was the leading goalscorer in the Romanian Liga I scoring 22 goals. The following season, he was taken to FC Rapid Bucureşti, where he played for about two years playing 34 games and scoring 18 goals. On January 12, 2008, Mazilu was transferred to the Ukrainian club Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk for a fee of €4 million, setting a new record in Romanian football.
