Ion Ionut Lutu (born August 3, 1975) is a Romanian footballer who plays as a midfielder for FC Universitatea Craiova. His previous club is include FC Kairat Almaty in Kazakhstan, Apollon Limassol in Cyprus, Suwon Samsung Bluewings in South Korea, FC Progresul Bucureşti, FC Universitatea Craiova, FC Steaua Bucureşti and FC Rapid Bucureşti. Named "the Little Hagi", Lutu is well-known for his fine dribling and technique, as well as spectacular finishing, but also for his inconsistency.
