Ioannis Miaoulis (Greek: Ιωάννης Μιαούλης, 1803 - 1830) was a Greek navy personnel. He was the third son of Antonios Miaoulis, a revolutionary leader and was a member of the Miaoulis family from Hydra.

He was born in Hydra. He was a ship leader in the fate of the vice-admiral Georgios Sachtouris and stranded between Kythira and Crete in a naval battle. Later, he moved to Athens when the Acropolis was inhabited by the Turks, he suffered infection and typhoid and died in 1830 at the age of 27.
