IMServ Europe is a member of Controls. Controls develops the Robertshaw thermostats and FireX smoke detectors.
  • Wonderware
    • leading supplier of industrial automation and information software solutions.

Invensys is currently undergoing a restructuring programme after the poor performance of its shares since creation in 1999. At the time of creation, Invensys was worth around £16 billion. Large debts and falling sales had led to the danger of the company going bankrupt. However, the disposal of non-core assets and a debt restructure has saved the company from collapse.
