Diagram to show how the inverse square law works. Made by me with Fireworks.

This was my first attempt at illustrating the law and I don't think it is very good. I have uploaded a much better diagram here: Image:Inverse square law.svg

A vector version of this image (SVG) is available.
It should be used in place of this raster image when superior.
