"Rapid deletion" can only be done under the criteria for speedy deletion. The criteria which you were using states "It is blatant advertising for [...]"; the administrator who rejected the speedy deletion request stated "(not blatant spam, bring it to AfD)". Nobody claims that it's "notable", or that its notability is established — notability has nothing to do with advertising; and the article has quite a long history, entries like these aren't deleted at a whim. Go ahead and WP:AFD it if you think there's a good reason to (although ).
And speaking of stubs, there is a big difference between stub articles and short advertisements. There are thousands of (not deleted) articles under and its subcategories. -- intgr #%@! 22:08, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
