[edit] How long is Interstate 894 really?

4.70 miles is misleading. I should be able to count the portion concurrent with Interstate 43 as part of the overall length of I-894, or it shouldn't be signed 894 there. —Rob (talk) 22:41, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

I think it's the other way around, since the article cites the FHWA Route Log, which gives the shorter distance. It is misleading to quote from a source that gives you the 4.7m distance and, in essence, claim that it's the longer distance. Dnrothx (talk) 18:51, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

The table is incorrect, then. I-294 is listed as 53.42 miles long, 5.32 miles on I-80. I-894 should be treated the same way, with some mileage on I-43. —Rob (talk) 20:06, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Airport interchange??

I've lived in Milwaukee for over 20 years and never once heard the eastern terminus of 894 called the "Airport Interchange". Around here it's known as the "Mitchell Interchange".

It's somewhat misleading to label it as "Airport Interchange" as it could easily be confused with the "Airport Spur", which is a nearby but different road.

oops - thanks for the heads up - and btw - please sign your comments. thank you • master_sonLets talk 03:16, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
